Most properties are distressed and need some form of work. It could be cosmetic, it could be full on rehabs. We buy everything sight unseen and sell it 100% as-is, so do your due diligence.
You’ll want to act quickly. We have a very large list of buyers around the country and the best deals go quickly. We don’t hold deals so you need to be able to do your due diligence quickly and move with decisiveness.
We transfer 95% of our properties via Quit Claim Deed. You can of course, do a full closing and get title insurance at your own expense. In fact, we recommend that you do.
